    Try this:
    equal amount of crab boil and flour in a plastic bag (enough to coat the chicken pieces).
    Coat and fry in about 1/8" of safflower oil.
    Cook till real done.
    Dandy and tasty.

    Same here. Nothing like the old barn yard scratcher with a steady diet of corn, slaughtered at 3 and et at 5...fried up to where the batter is crisp in bacon grease! Add pipping hot homemade biscuits, butter, and new potatoes, sliced and fried and [:p][:p][:p]

    It's just boneless, skinless, tasteless, chicken breast. I chunk it up, batter it, fry it in pecan oil or vegetable oil, add fajita seasoning, green, yellow and red bell peppers, lots of onion and eat it.

    Sometimes, I marinate chicken in lemon juice, red wine vinegar, oil, and lemon pepper, or crushed red pepper and grill it.

    Occasionally, I will get a family pack of thighs, fry them, make milk gravy, mashed potatos, chopped onion and pig out.

    There are a lot of ways to make chicken taste good, in spite of the way they were raised.
