    Daddy used to call it "Pore ol' yellow foot". I wish I had a nickel for every peice that he or Mama cooked. I guess that's why I know so many ways to fix it.

    I used to raise chickens...I have also killed chickens and cleaned them, and I still love chicken.....so as far as your stories go about working in a processing plant??????????? take a chicken, kill it by chopping its head off, put it in boiling water and pluck it, cut it open and take out the guts...


    Or change a baby's diaper...


    then, baby, tell me about a processing plant...

    I have been a cowman for most of my life, and while I will admit that I am known to eat chicken in the privacy of my home I do not do so in public. I am not from the South, and as a matter of cultural pride I have never, never, never ordered chicken in a restaurant. We beat our chests, and say we only eat chicken when we are sick -- or the chicken is. We call it "dinosaur meat." Chicken is for poor folk, and is never served to guests.

    Just between you and me, however, it can be darn tasty. Had some last night.

    I also like chicken , its my favorite vegtable !!! matter of fact its what I'm cooking tonite !!! going to try a new recipe , orange marmalade w-soy sauce & spices ??? couldnt be to bad ... and as far as the 'processing plant' statement , this would be true for most all of what we eat ...just Enjoy !!!
