...make false allegations of rape or kidnappings ? Seems that in our society we coddle them and continue to treat them as victims and get them help even when they destroy innocent lives and waste valuable resources from law enforcement.

  What if they had there names added to a list like the sex offenders list? Not sure how that would work I mean if someone really did rape them it would suck but on the other hand it could work. Not every male on the sex offender list is guilty either.

  I have come across this issue many times as an LEO, and in every instance (at a minimum) the accuser gets charged with making a false report. In some cases they will make several allegations, and their credibility will always be called into question afterwards.
