Atheism is Now A Religion in California !!!
As we all know religion is being banned in public schools in America. Atheists call for "seperation of church and state" everyday in America. Atheists and Christian haters say "NO RELIGION" in Americas schools. Well guess what...I did some research on the new law, SB 777, signed in California by Arnold Schwasblack person which has redefined gender and allows for male students to use the girls lockers rooms. Well there is something in this bill that caught my eye. Look at this.....
SEC. 8. Section 212.3 is added to the Education Code, to read:
212.3. "Religion" includes all aspects of religious belief,
observance, and practice and includes agnosticism and atheism.
Since agnosticism and atheism are now a "religion", wouldnt that mean they cant be taught, preached, promoted or endorsed by any teacher or student ?

Depsite all of the arguments presented here....the FACT is that in California the LIBERALS have made it a LAW that atheism is now a RELIGION !! So much for the argument that atheists dont impose their beliefs on others, haha. 0 -
LOL ... I support in NO way any Calif. Ed. Code amendments - or any part of the Code.
What I find interesting is Section 9524 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act ("ESEA") of 1965, as amended by the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001, requires the Secretary to issue guidance on "prayer in public elementary and secondary schools." And, as a condition of receiving ESEA funds, a local educational agency ("LEA") must certify in writing to its State educational agency ("SEA") that it has no policy that prevents, or otherwise denies participation in, constitutionally protected prayer in public schools as set forth in this guidance.
So, being fully conscience and aware of the Federal statutes ... I'm curious, what state are you in? How many of your public school districts allow prayer in their schools?
... seems to me that wether something is labeled something, or other, why is it that you haven't had the gumption to insist that there be prayer in YOUR public schools? It's quite legal, you know. Let's see some fearless forward movement on your parts - show us the way!
... couldn't be that YOUR state is too greedy and money grubbing to get with the program here, and shine, be a symbol of defiance ... when it comes to just a small matter of a few bucks! LOL
I'm sure the Liberals have YOUR school districts in their sights, as well. ... and if they don't, I don't see where it makes a lick of difference - the results are exactly the same.
