No Righht Turn On Red

Can you turn right on red after stop in Pa. under any conditions if the signal says No Turn On Red?

Apparently you can in Canada under specified conditions.

    I'm sorry if I offended you with my childish comments on questions of such obvious importance. And of course you're right, important questions such as these demand a more serious response.

    According to LA law the answers are as follows:

    First question - NO, can't you read. Unfortunately many in LA cannot, so this law is rarely enforced.

    Second question - NO.

    Caveat: keep in mind LA laws are still based on the Napoleanic code, which means we may be different from PA law.

    You sound like one of those guys the rules don't apply to. If you have any questions about the law in PA call your DMV.


    I always wondered about those slow children signs. Why, as a motorist, should I care is someone's child is slow.
