OK, How did you come up with your name
I don't know what kind of response to expect but I thought this thread could be a relief from the P & R threads that seem to be in vogue.
It's simple--when you dad to come up with a user name on Gunbroker, did you come up with something creative or something that describes you in some way?

Gun Fun CO (conservation officer-now retired)-was always playing with guns one way or another...hunting, shooting, reloading, teaching hunter education.
My other computer nickname is michiganmaddog. Got "maddog" when I was younger. The name stuck when I worked at UPS (for 8 years before getting into LE). I added michigan to it for ebay.
Since retiring, I became a drivers education instructor (out of the pot and into the fire)[;)]

I also sell new and used cars at a Chevrolet dealership-as if you didn't have enough reason to dislike me already. It seems the only people disliked more than cops and lawyers are car salesmen. I've never taken web names too seriously and I liked an old Fox network show Unhappily Ever After.
The combination of Bobcat Goldthwait playing the voice of a stuffed bunny that talked only to the father of the house and Nikki Cox on the show I always smile when I think of it.

Mine goes back a couple years
I was at college and needed to get an email account. I was working on a keyboard that was stuck in CAPS LOCK. Every name I tried for my email was coming back that it was already in existence. Even RUGERGUNS@.... was taken. So then I tried RUGERGUNZ and it was available and since then I use that as my name to every forum or place I go on the net.
I chose the rugergunz because that is what I mostly have.0 -

I'm fascinated with the American Revolution. Read a book by J. Hector St. John de Crevecoeur, titled "Letters From An American Farmer and Sketches Of Eighteenth-Century America" in which he described American backwoodsmen as "a mongrel breed, half-civilized, half-savage."
