NEED COMPUTER HELP

I don't know what happened, but I think one of my settings has changed itself. My screen display is HUGE. I can get into the Control Panel, but some of the pages won't display the full page and there is no way to scroll down on them.

Anybody know how I can get a normal display back.

I think the computer thnks I am blind.

  Do a search for "Windows Ultimate Boot CD" download it and burn it to a cd. Put it in the machine and turn it on and allow it to boot to the cd. There is a utility that will allow you to change the password.
