What will you buy with your Gov't handout ?

Looks like we will get a rebate this spring. Talk about bread and circuses! Must be an election year. So much for fiscal responsibility !







................................But If I must do my part to stimulate the econemy a Rock River Arms 24" flat top would be nice.

    Right Now, I'm saying extra mortgage payment, but who knows in two-three months when it arrives.

    Sorry you don't seem to get it. My wife and I work hard, pay our taxes and we will see $0.00 While the people that do not pay taxes are still getting a "Tax Dividend". Now there are a few in the middle that will get back what they pay, but for the most part this is just redistribution of wealth.

    Sounds like handout to me.

    I'm of average income and I'll still be paying in more then they are giving me back. Income tax is complete horsepoop to begin with in my opinion so I won't get mad when they decide to give me a little bit of what's mine back to me.


    My point was (and it is clear you understand this by your tax comment) most of the people paying the bill are not getting anything in return. also many of those receiving the "Tax Rebate" actually pay no taxes. This being the basis of my frustration and my rant [:D]

    What a guy, when we had the hurricanes in 2004 here, he met us part way with a truck load of generators, as they were all gone here.
    It's BS that they are still paying for some of those criminals housing after all this time![}:)]
