Man admits stomping baby son to death
I expect him to get death in Texas, I just wish it was by the same means he gave to his baby boy.

The father of a 3-month-old boy who was found murdered near the Galveston seawall turned himself into police in Pennsylvania, saying he intentionally murdered the boy by repeatedly stomping on him, MyFOXHouston reports.
Travis Mullis told Pennsylvania investigators he repeatedly stomped on the 3-month-old until he felt his skull collapse, according to an official Galveston Police Department document. Mullis turned himself in Friday afternoon, where his bond was set at $1 million, police said at a Friday night news conference.
The baby boy was discovered by a bird-watching couple on Tuesday morning in an area known as Cherry Hill. The boy was found with a car seat near by, wearing nothing but a clean diaper.

I don't think he should be executed.
He should be sent to China or Pakistan or Turkey - some place where life in prison means daily beatings, probable rape by other inmates, hard labor, and just enough food to barely keep him alive.

Why not post it CR? It is part of life and for those of us in TX we are pissed off and want this jerk back on our soil now to carry out punishment.
Personally I dont know why we would waste the time and money on a trial...he admitted it and needs to be put to death.
Lethal injection is too easy for this slimebag. I think cases like this should allow for hanging or firing squad (with no blindfold)...I want the people to see the fear in his eyes right before he dies.0 -

That baby is IN paradise.
Eternal punishment for his choice is not to "do him any good", it is most likely too late for that.
The problem here is with our broken "in-justice" system. Man needs to fear repercussions for evil acts he chooses to committ. Like I said, public draw and quarter, no more crimes of this nature.0 -

Bible says eye for an eye which could be taken many ways such as same execution or just execution. I am a conservative by heart and beleive in the death penalty for sorry douche bags who would do this to their own child. I can't believe how many of these stories I keep hearing about (parents killing their own children). I have three children, all in teens now. I understand wanting on occasion to slap the crap out of a smart mouth, or take away all privillages car, t.v., phone, radio etc. I could never understand killing your own child. I say burn the meanie at the stake with a slow burning fire. And I'm a medic folk's, I cherrish all life and work to save it. Not so, If you are saying logically it is justified. That's not what I said. I am sure you understood my meaning in that the baby has committed no sin, and is therefore righteous and in paradise. The problem with abortion is as a society we made it legal. Rest assured there is blood on all of our hands for this abomination. Keep them alive, kind of like a living junk yard.
Think of the punishment of that...strapped to a bed, knowing a machine is keeping you alive, and when the last useful organ is taken, your skin can be used for temporary burn grafts (cadaver skin).
The evil ones shall be punished, and the innocent shall benefit from his suffering.

I wouldn't have a problem with that- except if I was the recipient of some of his parts, I would not want to know where they came from. It would be a little creepy, I think.0 -
I like this idea too, and agree with grdad. Seems cruel and unusual punishment is easily justified and should be required for this kind of evil. 0
