So once again we see a glimmer of real intelligence snuffed because it sits crossways to someone's personal agenda. Yeah, I'm talking about P-brute, banned for the same reason several have been, for strangling another poster by using their OWN words. I read EVERY word proffered and rebutted and saw he wasn't going to last long. Any time someone challenges the boards to think, actually formulate a cogent thought; they're kicked off because they're controversial. Give me a freakin' break, guys, the Constitution of the Unites States was controversial. We did the same thing to Mark C, and DWS has quit posting anything meaningful, well done.
I'm fully aware come `cracker' or `pencil-neck' (both sides of the spectrum there just for balance) will get it deleted, so have at it. If the shoe fits wear it, bearing in mind it'll inhibit your speech a little, which may not be a bad thing.

I'm not sure I'm following you Don, but I offered PB my address, b/c he was implying that we (anyone who disagreed with him) was hiding behind the internet. He emailed me and I sent him my address phone number and offered directions as well...so I'm not really sure where you are going with this train of thought...I never asked for PB's address.

That's BS Don...and you damn sure should know it. Some of the folks I respect the most on here are people that I rarely agree with... I welcome civilized debate...and ALWAYS have. I will not tolerate the name calling and repeated violations of the forum posting guidelines though. PB clearly crossed the line on many occasions and ignored numerous warnings...now he's gone...and that is exactly the way it should be.0 -

As you WELL know, not everything that happens in a forum, is left out in the open, for everyone to see. Once someone goes off the deep end, things can happen in a hurry. Posts were poofed, etc. Did you see them ALL?

And with equal due respect, Danny, I know what I saw. Eric isn't going to take my observations personally, he saw it one way, I another. I should not have definitively said Pick WANTED to see PB out of here, but it looked that way to me and that's what I should have said.
I read what's been posted here on this thread and see I'm not alone. Rack Ops no doubt has a markedly different view from most of what PB said, but he grants him the right to say it. That's exactly the kind of response I hoped for when I opened the thread.
I'm well aware of the emails that fly back and forth when a person is being scrutinized--this is whiteclouder, danny, remember. For a person to NOT object when they feel they are being singled out to me is unthinkable. I can imagine PB attempted to defend himself, but I also know from long experience that once the 'battle cry' was heard, he was toast. You know it, ALL we old troops know it, and the younger members will learn it.

We could learn a lot from crayons. Some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, some have weird names, and all are different colors. But, they all fit nicely into the same box. Sadly, often it's left to the perception of inexperienced children as to whether the most unusual crayons stay or are thrown away. Nobody is forced to read or reply to what is written here - if taken upon to willingly pick up the challenge - there is no reason to shout havoc and do the outraged angry dance! it just makes one look ridiculous.
... but then again, it is an entertaining escape from the 'real world.'

I still cannot get over the poster who said that the 1st amendment was OK up and until it infringed on the 2nd.
For those of you who are interested in assesing the enemy here remember that the enemy is assessing you as well. And, IMHO (LOL), is flat tickled to see the limited nature of your defense of your beliefs.
