What's a better word for bartender

I'm helping out a friend (who is also my local bartender). He has basically bartended his way through college for the last ten years, and now he is looking to change to a more professional type of career.

What do I refer to his job title as instead of bartender?

  When I would bartend it felt as if I were babysitting a bunch of drunks, so how about Childcare Facilitator.

  Barhop would probably work, but if you want added respect to the title for a resume, Distilled Spirits Technician or Refreshments Coordinator would look good.
