Just testing to see if there is some kind of robot that automatically locks any thread that includes that horrible word that is the subject of this thread.
It seems any attempt to engage in a meaningful debate on this forum is shut down without notice if it includes the dreaded "C" word. There has to be at least a few adults on here that can keep a meaningful debate going without the name calling, right? I just read the posting guidelines and I don't see anything about all discussions about California are off-limits. Instead I would expect the moderators to actually do some moderating and keep the bomb throwers in check. Is this too much to ask?

From my personal observations, they, in their abject humiliation of surrender, do not come whining and begging us to obey their insane laws.
Just as I, as of yet, chose to live within the framework of NICs checks, and such, THEY chose to live within the confines of whatever is passed by their State...and mostly shut up about it.
Had the california invasion over here been loudly denouncing ALL gun laws .they would have received a sympathetic ear from me.

I chose to legally fight the illegal gun laws passed by my State and Federal Gov't by all means. I will not sit idly by and wait for someone else to do the fighting for me. There may well come a time when the only solution is the one our founding fathers used.

I'm a resident of California and I just saw this thread today so forgive me for being late.
There is a good mix of intelligence and arm chair warriors popping off in what I have read.
To those who talk tough and call us wimps, I say wait till our new president puts the same regulations in place nationwide (or something worse, God forbid)and I'll wait for the promised fireworks. Something tells me I'll be waiting awhile.
To those who don't want to do business with Californians for whatever reason (and there are some reasonable ones) I say fine and good luck to you. If you get some kind of perverse pleasure in doing so I feel sorry for you. The shooting community should be a brotherhood. We will need each other soon enough.
No doubt the vacuum created by those sellers who abandoned us will be filled by others who realize what a large market share of the business this imperfect state has.0 -

Obama is just the Johnny-come-lately in the dismantling of the BOR. We need to get all of the RATS out of Sac. befor we get pushed out on the cliff even more. There may soon come the day when the OBCA and the like will stand with us but only if we show some backbone and finaly say I WILL NO LONGER LIVE UNDER THIS F-ed UP STATES LAWS THAT TAKE AWAY MY RIGHTS GIVEN TO ME BY THE BOR!!!

I will stand with my brothers anywhere, anytime, anyplace.
My brothers understand the Constitution and Bill of Rights.
They FULLY understand that the Second BARS government from interfering with weapons in the hands of Citizens.

There will come a day when even the Fudds understand that the gun laws that we have, and the ones that are to come are ONLY about removing firearms from the law abiding and have nothing to do with crime or criminal behaviour. Whether your from Kali or my neck of the woods, The Peoples Republic of NY, clarity will come. Will it be too late to rectify by peaceful means? As to that, I can't say for certain, but I recall hearing something about a tree of liberty being watered in the blood of patriots and tyrants so I won't hold my breath waiting for those in power to cease the never ending assualt on the BOR.

Who cares if they won't ship to California, I just buy from someone who does. There are still people who will. It sucks but it's the way it is. I don't want to support someone with a mindset like that anyways. 0 -

Its funny to me how they vote these clowns into office, then they enact unConstitutional laws. Next, they become angry at the rest of America who wont put up with their fuzzy wuzzy crap.
I wish the day would come, when ammo makers, and gun makers would totally cut that state off. That includes their LE agencies.0 -

There are still a few of us out here (Kali) that belive in the BoR to the letter. I did not vote for these clowns and never will. I belive the Constitution is a unmoveable force that was put in place to allow the people of this great nation to wipe the slate clean of tyrants by force if need be, as we see fit.(hopfuly sooner than later) I will not give up my plot of land I have worked so damm hard to make mine, just because there are oppressive rulers in Sac. and D.C. If cutting off this state is what gets it to change than so be it. I'll suport what ever it takes.0
