    Looking good Doc.

I'm sure that was not easy, but will pay major dividends down the road.

    Good job Brother.

    Wow!

    Good job Doc.

When I retired from the Army I put on 40 pounds. I felt like crap it was like never putting down a ruck sack.

I lost 30 of it and I am still working on 20 more or so.

My problem is I like to Drink and I really like beer. But I am getting it off a little at a time and I have cut back on drinking too.

    Keep up the good work.

    Outstanding Doc

I definitely need to cut back on the amount I eat and eat healthier. Put on weight when I retired from the AF and haven't gotten rid of it yet.

You will have to stop using the name Saxon Pig forever. You are my hero Doc, a real inspiration. I am down about 25 but still have a long way to go.

Looking good! I managed to lose 20 lb last year, but hit a plateau, hanging at 202-207. That was just changing a lot of my eating habits. Going to try losing a few more by cutting down on some of the carbs. At 6', I really need to be at 175 or a bit less, but I don't think I will ever get there. My knees prevent a lot of walking or heaven forbid jogging! [:D]

Doc, your an inspiration, 1 year ago at 6'1" I was at 225 with high BP and pre-dibetes, my Doctor said I was obese [:(!], I thought I looked good [:D], anyway I'm now down to 193 lbs (190 was my High school weight). and feel no different, he said I'd have more energy and feel better, those results haven't arrived yet [:(]. I've changed little in what I eat but I did discovered cookies were my demon, dropped them and the weight dropped. Great job, keep it up !
