Before and after photos.
This is what 150 pound weight loss looks like. I've never shown anyone the before shot. When I saw the photo it was a slap in the face for me. I knew I was big, I didn't realize I was Jabba the Hut big. Taken at Christmas a few years ago with my nieces posing with me. Erased their faces as I don't have permission to post them. After photo shows how I've gone from Jabba to Chubby Guy. I think another 50 pounds will do it. I have lost 14 inches from waist. My knees stopped hurting. My back stopped hurting. No surgery or drugs. Just cutting back on food.

Wow, good job, Doc! [:)][^]
You give me hope that I can drop those 25-30 pounds that I need to lose. I've already dropped about 20, but the numbers have started going back up, not down. Falling back into old eating habits, I reckon.
Forge, make the math easy for us ... use ten 15-pound bowling balls instead! [;)]
Doc, what was the hardest part for you? Pushing away from the table? Changing your "go-to" foods? Any tips for the rest of us?
Keep up the good work, Doc! [:)]
Big Al (congrats to Dads3040, too, for that 100 lb. weight loss! Share how you did it?)0 -
