There would have been no deadline issue had she and Feinstein not waited until the last minute to release the charges. If there interest was truly to protect the integrity of the Supreme Court, the charges would have been brought to the FBI months ago, and not held back as an ace in the hole.
Something may have happened 34, 35, 36 years ago. If these two agenda driven leftists had acted properly, she would have been interviewed during the normal background check process, and it would have either resulted in Kavanaugh's candidacy being confirmed or removed.
