  Toss a couple cups of cranberries in a blender with an orange slice and blend. Add what ever sugar or spice you wish. Goes great on the side with your turkey and gravy.

  I forgot how good that canned stuff was. It's my new "jam" or is it "jelly" [:D].
  
  The skin on the smoked turkey drum stick was tough like leather. The cranberry sauce made it extra tasty. As I was pulling out those odd tendon bonettes I really wish they smoked thighs.
