    I just grabbed a package of venison stew meat from the freezer. Ive got little red potatoes, carrots, onions,celery and a pressure cooker. I'll think of something.[:)]

    Sharp American, Provolone and of course there's going to be bacon involved.
    And thanks for reminding me hillbille, I still have a bunch of onion rings in the freezer from the last batch I made.

    Walleye and catfish filets, fresh corn on the cob and taters. After dinner we'll be back on the lake night fishing for trout and crappie for tomorrows fish fry.

    Stuffed Bell Peppers with or without the rice? Ketchup or pasta sauce? Ketchup would allow me not to have pasta later in the week to use up the sauce. I suppose I could pass on the rice and simmer the stuffed peppers in sauce (after I get some color by pan frying the meat side first) and have spaghetti as a seconduo.

    Corned Beef and half a cabbage. I used the other half of the cabbage for Yaki Soba. Ran out of Yaki Soba but had a Corned Beef in the freezer that needed to get in my belly [:D].

    The temp is 106 outside and 73 in the house...it is so hot even the birds are walking.

    My wife is famous for her "leftover souffl?"[:0]

    She takes what ever is left over from earlier meals and just puts it all together in a pan on the stovetop. She may sometimes add some rice or a white sauce but I can guarantee what comes up for dinner, will be a one time deal......never to be repeated the same way twice![:0]

    I have found that ketchup can be a helpful condiment!
