Just saw an item listed where the seller said to buy now because after Jan. 1 GunBroker would require all buyers to pay sales tax. True?

You would have to post the listing so we could see. Don

Flea bay has been doing it for some time now no choice its automatic

we all knew or had to know big brother could not stand people buying and selling items with no cut for them its been going on too long and now so much on line shopping the thought of loosing all that tax money was just eating away at them it will have to add billions to the pockets of the sorry POS politician's to give away . the years of its just a small % and we will let the people have a bit of freedom by on line dealings are gone

if the government can figure out a way to tax us they will and to think this country was for the most part founded on being taxed to death

Gunbroker will be automatically adding taxes to the sellers fees, I highly doubt many sellers are going to eat the taxes out of the goodness of their hearts.

The founders of our country fought a war over taxation without representation, among other things.

Well, taxation WITH representation is not so great, either.
