Real south west chili is without beans. If beanless chili is done right it is ever so good, better than with beans in the chili. But chili with beans is also good and much easier to cook!! Beanless chili is time consuming and if you are not careful it is possible to make beanless chili that is only so-so!! I have won one chili contest and placed 2nd twice in the three chili contests I have entered, all by doing super slow cooking beanless chili. Mmmmmm GOOD!! 3 -

Any modern rifle caliber will kill a deer with the exception of the silly .270 Winchester. Why would anyone do that to a perfectly good .30/06 case??? Damn I need some ketchup for these scrambled eggs. 3 -
