Dual surgery scheduled for early tomorrow. Hernia repair and prostate LASER zap. I'm a little nervous, no, a LOT nervous, so any kind thoughts or prayers are appreciated.

Hernia repairs are common but they hurt a lot after surgery. If you cough grab a pillow, place in stomach area and and hunch over before coughing. The prostate thing, no clue yet! But it's coming.๐Ÿ˜

Whew! I thought you already put that new Harley down. You are going to be fine, though you might need Depends for just a little while!๐Ÿ˜ฃ

Yep, buying a Harley knowing he has elective hernia surgery the next few days, I think the ol'boy is going to need more than just Depends.๐Ÿ˜

I think the hernia might be pretty painful but that is why God made pain pills!! ๐Ÿ˜‰ My guess, a real rough week followed by a bearable month then quickly back to normal.

Lord, help Nunn over the next couple of weeks and help him get back to normal in a timely manner!!

May we hear that when the Doc was asked if there were complications, he said, "Nunn..."

Don't make him laugh, Rocky! You're gonna strain his stitches! (And that could stain his britches!)

David, I'm sure you came through the procedures just fine. Recovery can be time consuming so take it easy. Look in on the forum, but don't feel obligated to jump back in until you're up to it. We'll keep a light on for you.

I came home today. Stiff and sore. The prostate Green Light LASER surgery was the small one. If we weren't also doing a ventral hernial repair,, it would have been day surgery. Big midline abdominal incision has to heal up. It'll take some time.
