    just put some boneless ribs in the crockpot, gonna be boneless bbq ribs and fresh homemade rolls.......

    Apple sauce, mixed taters, carrots, and salmon in the oven now.

    Wife laid up with broke leg. I get to do the kitchen chores, but she hardly ever cooks anyway.

    SWMBO always seems to cook for four, and the 'fridge was bursting with leftovers, so we've been on a leftover binge all week, tonight included. Luckily, she's an outstanding cook, as my paunch will attest. I expect her to call me upstairs any second now...
