    Some kind of pot roast, got a 2.5lb chuck, I make it slightly different every time sometimes to eat it as a roast, other times to shred for tacos or sandwiches... haven't decided yet.

    Oven cooked Haddock with wild rice and some really nice asparagus...and of course BEER!!!

    Asparagus!! Just reminded me I have some in the veggy crisper that I bought over a week ago! Just plumb forgot about it. Imported from Mexico but it was on sale. Hope it hasn't gone limp yet and will make sure it is in tonight's dinner plan.
