My tomato plants are doing well

i bought some off brand kale greens seeds at Walmart and the plants look different than the picture on the pack. Good though.

They were supposed to be Rutgers. I believe the seed was no account.
Well Jim, as long as those seeds aren't producing corn (like from that movie Second Hand Lions) I guess you did OK. 😁
This season I planted Better Boy tomato's that I seeded in mid April. Here in northern Michigan you don't want to put them in the ground until after Memorial Day. I have a lot of nice green fruit getting big but still waiting for ripe red juicy for the BLT's!

my roma's did the same, not much bigger than golf balls, and the cherry tomatoes are even smaller though the production is still up, we get a medium size mixing bowl of yellow and red cherry tomatoes everyday. wife has started juicing them, we get just over a quart of juice a day......

I should put in a disclaimer here about looking forward to having fresh tomatoes on BLT's.
With this economy and inflation, BLT now stands for BREAD-Lettuce & Tomato ☹️

Mine have all stopped producing. I’ll plant my fall crop of tomatoes the end of September.

What part of the country are you in? By August in Texas tomatoes have been harvested and the plants wither in the heat.
Try June............can't grow tomatoes in Central Texas after the June heat sets in............unless of course, you have an indoor climate controlled hydroponic farm.
Of course we can grow them outside again in our "second season" between the 100+ scorching days of summer, and............well into what would qualify as winter in the north.
