A man should be paid for what he does.

They charge $50 for the paperwork on suppressors and $100 for the firearms at one store local to us. I don't know what the other guys around here charge.

Around here a normal transfer $15. Other transfers $25.

$50 to $100 is normal, in my NFA experiences. That covers storage too.

I pay $25 at a local gun store for a normal handgun, rifle or lower transfer.

Doesn't a suppressor have to have a tax stamp from the ATF before the suppressor can leave the FFLs business??

I've only bought one NFA firearm and a couple suppressors and all were around the $50 for the transfer. I think if it were a big firearm or something where storage could be a pain, I could see more.

It’s the same around here for nfa transfers but if it’s a shop that carries suppressors and if it’s one they have in stock then the paperwork is no charge.
