You must respond using the same email address the email was sent to. This should be your public email address registered on GunBroker.com. Your response cannot come from an alias or forwarded email address. Changing your public email will not resolve the issue for active emails but it will work for any emails sent from that point forward.
Windows 10 mail application:
The Windows 10 built-in mail application is not compatible with GunBroker.com emails. Responses to GunBroker.com buyer questions need to be handled from another email client or directly from the email provider (for example, Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook).
AOL Desktop Client:
The AOL desktop mail client truncates the subject line in messages sent through the Members Email system so the "MsgId" is missing. It is an issue with the AOL desktop client only. The AOL webmail interface handles the emails correctly. AOL webmail is a website. It can be accessed from any computer or device by simply going to aol.com and clicking on Mail.
