Still waiting for payment

A buyer with over 125 A+ reviews (as seller and buyer) won an item I was selling, I have tried to communicate with him 3 times via email without any reply or acknowledgement. Although it has only been 5 days since the auction ended, how long should I wait before making him as a non-paying bidder and filings report for fee credit?
