Shill Bidders?
Bid on a couple of auctions now where NR bidders drive the price up at the last minute and usually by $5 - $10 increments, sometimes in a string of bids of 10 or more until the high bid is breached. Is this becoming a problem here on GB?

What is NR bidders? What if one of them wins the auction they don't want?

NR equates to not rated. It is possible and sure it happens but nothing on a scale to measure. IF they win the “seller” is out a bunch of fees. I have had a few NR bidders in the last year and everyone off them paid.
