This board has said the 10 mm is obsolete.  I want to build a 10mm magnum Creedmoor express to bring back a great round. What will I need for the build?

  I suppose you could take a .450 Bushmaster and neck it down to .40 pour in more powder and say howdy. 10mm Creedmoor.
