Dishonest Seller

I won a gun on a Sunday and paid immediately.  I reached out to seller and stated the gunshop I used didn't open till Tuesday.   He stated(via eMail) that the gun was sold over the weekend in his shop and then stated he would refund my money.  It took a few days but he did.  The gun was relisted first thing Monday morning.  In fact, was relisted a third time as I assume the second buyer was ignored.  I gave feedback to gunbroker and then got an eMail that stated the seller and I agreed to not do the transaction due to buyer financial burden.  Completely not true.  Now, I get an email from the seller wanting to know if I want to buy a 4 in BOA.  What is going on?  Are auctions not final even if there is NO RESERVE?
