Ordered almost a week ago and item not shipped

I bought a item Saturday thinking Seller would respond on Monday . As of Friday my item has not shipped. I asked the Seller was it in stock? He responded back that he ships according to que . I asked if there was an option for speeder shipping or what was his cancellation policy? He did state if I canceled he would had to charge me the filing fees. He never advised what they were and stated he would ship as soon as possible. This Seller advertises on Facebook as the fastest shipper.. I ordered two more if Firearms after his order and both have shipped within 24 hours. What rec courses do I have someone playing with my order?
