How do I ship gun powder? I am having trouble through ups and fed ex.

  you have to complete a haz mat course given by the carrier. It then has to be placarded as haz mat. It's not worth the effort unless you sell a lot of powder. The carrier also charges a haz mat fee based on weight, and no more than 49 lbs in one box.
