GunBroker support has to some of the worst I've seen
I have had two support ticket unanswered. One going on 2 weeks and the other a week. HEY GUNBROKER answer your damn support tickets.

I have had no trouble contacting Support, and having them solve whatever problem I was having.

Good for you, do you think the rest of us are making it up. I'm 21 day out on a gb billing error and have several charges from GB for sales tax charged on their new Master FFL service even though I have had my Tax exempt doc with GB for almost 15 years. On the erroneous charges of tax GB hasn't responded going back to 4/1/2026.

I have no opinion regarding the experiences of others; I merely stated that I have had good service from Gunbroker Support. I hope your luck will turn around.
I do know this: If you have an issue, report it and wait for a response. Every time you re-open a ticket, it goes to the bottom of the stack.

I've never had a problem with GunBroker support. Takes time for a response, a lot of people submit support tickets not to mention the amount of credit requests that get filed due to non-paying bidders.
