Just go to the g/b auction site and contact them, this is what used to be the forums that is now a ghost land good luck with your quest be patient it might take them some time to get back to you

Might take them a day to get back to you, or they'll leave you hanging with no response at all. There doesn't seem to be much middle ground there any more, since the “improvements” and “updates”. Customer service on the auction side was never very good to start with, and they go out of their way to stop you from making contact via phone. To be honest, my suggestion would be to try another site.
