Gunbroker Customer Service Not Responding
I have submitted 3 tickets to Gunbroker customer service 12 days ago, 5 days ago and now today.
The customer service usually responded within a few hours. I was asking them to fix and auction I had. I chose a specific thumbnail for the image and it selected one on its own which was a picture of the stock. Even after I corrected it. It would select a random one. I asked them to fix it as I had paid $15 for all the upgrades. Auction is over now.

The only time I submitted a ticket several months ago it was addressed within one day. Lately here I have been reading no response ect. All I know is GB needs to get on the love train and get issues solved with expedience or there won't be a GB left in a short time.

Anyone else having an issue with customer service? I've submitted three trouble tickets (one was over a week ago) and received static.

They still do not give two “frogs” about seller or customers it seems. You can not get in touch with them until a week or 10 days later. I wish I had an answer or that they would bother to read our threads. They think we can solve this by interacting with each other. Will AI also be their answer to customer service? Guess we will have to wait and see. Good luck gentelman.

I've actually had really good response from GunBroker customer service when submitting a support ticket. Another thing I can say, the support team actually reviews things (unlike ebay). I imagine GunBroker must be swamped with support tickets as some people only exist to create problems.
Think of all the credits they have to issue due to Non-paying bidders, most recently Ashypoo1986, with 63 negative/non-paying bidder F rated feedbacks. I had to file for a credit due to this very individual which is how I know.
They can be slow to respond, but when you look at the overall scale of the website, how many members, how much activity, and how many support requests there are, one can see why response can be delayed.

Swamped? Their customer service use to be outstanding. When the BATF was auditing me and wanted records from gunbroker for firearms sold they took 2 weeks to get back to me which in purpose I had to file the guns as lost or stolen. Needing the records is my fault and I should never EVER rely on anyone but myself. Yes they are human but they did respond 2 months later. As for non paying bidder that's another demon in its self.
