bushnell customer serice
recently had the adjustable magnification ring on my original 2002 baush and lomb elite 15-45 x 60 spotting scope break. called bushnell and they replaced it free with a new Bushnell 15-45 x 65. happy.

I have sent three things into them, and all came back NEW. You just can't beat that and I sent them the $10.00 for shipping but they sent the check back. Plus, some of their scopes are darn good ones for the money.

I've had both good and bad CS experience from Bushnell.
They have stepped up to the plate finally, maybe.
Bushnell CS sucked big air few years ago and I still have a lingering bad taste in my mouth that just won't go away when I see their name.
I still keep a heads up alert when dealing with them and make sure I have all in writing and a tracking number. (proof of everything)
One example:
One CS rep sent a Fed Ex vec to retrieve a bad warranty item and no reference number, RMA, tracking or anything. I was just suppose to hand it to the Fed Ex driver and wave goodbye. Did not even know the Fed Ex was coming. The Fed Ex driver also would not give me any kind of receipt with his name or picture attached when I asked for a receipt FIRST. (smart feller)
When I contacted the Bushnell CS rep for RMA and a Fed EX tracking label they went silent.
I waited about month and contacted them again and a differnt CS rep got all corrected FINALLY.
I NOW only buy Bushnell stuff (scopes that have a no questions asked lifetime warranty. (elite series)
Their on-line store is not as great as it was 2 years ago, no on-line sales or coupons now days.
