impossible to contact gunbroker
When I choose the ‘contact us’ option, all I get is pre selected FAQs-how do I actually send a message to GB?

At the upper right hand corner of this page you'll see a green box that says “submit a ticket” try that and I would like to hear the response you'll get.

I submitted a ticket 5 days ago marked urgent. Nothing. This is pathetic and I may just close my account that I've had for over 15 years. No live chat is the worst. Bad business. Effin Bullstuff.

I as a ‘Admin’ submitted a ticket regarding this site. Fours months of no acknowledged I deleted it.

Yeah, I'm moving and my ISP will be cancelled, Since I can't use my 25 year Gmail account and the site doesn't recognize my new ISP ( ? ) WTF! SO when my current ISP is cancelled on March 4 I won't be able to log in or get emails and since Gunbroker won't do anything about it I will close down my 15 year account. Their loss!

I have submitted several support tickets over the years. Yes, the response can be slow, but in the end I always get a response. The volume of support tickets makes a huge difference, pretty sure it's the same system that all the non-paying bidder credit requests and such go through.
