Had an eye opening and closing experience this morning, at rehab, no get back in line, physical therapy with the guy with no mustache can have me pay him to torture myself in front of him.
Back/hip is on the fritz and when in get loosened up enough to slap my rump to the floor, I'm just bent, literally, bent.
This slide into 60 ain't for the weak parts.
I have learned a simple truth, if you can lay face down 10 minutes or so w/without the weighted heated blanket without discomfort, come to your knees and thank God.

Hey evileye, great to see ya stop by!!!!! Myself, I'm soon lookin' at 65 rotations 'round the sun. Two store bought hips, and a knee. Newest one is 11 years out. Awesome pieces of equipmenr they are. My “trophies” for 25+ years in the timber industry, falling timber mostly.

3 store- bought knees, a new shoulder they put in backwards , a stent in the heart and multiple other various ailments .70 trips around the sun have been brutal
