account blocked for identity verification

anyone ever heard of having to verify their account after purchasing multiple firearms through GB and being cleared by the atf when picking up my purchases from the ffl ?? now 4 guns later my account is locked because they want 2 forms of identification which I did 4 days ago. still can't finish my bids!! pissed customer!!!
