Can anyone ID this muzzle loading percussion gun?
This is from my dad's collection. He was a Civil War collector. It's around .38cal and I'm not sure if it's rifled, but there is no rifling at the bore. I need to find a better light to get down in there. It's around 4ft long and has a really heavy barrel. I have been told it could be a G.P. Foster percussion rifle and it does look very similar. The gun is worn so you can see some faint decoration, but there aren't any markings that I can see. The only other place could be on the inside of strap the stock attaches to, which I haven't checked out. Any ideas? I'm just using his photos, I haven't taken new ones yet, so sorry about the limited views.

Except for the nut it looks like a G.P. FOSTER Percussion Rifle.
Reposting as I had included a link for onethat sold and it says pending approval.

Thanks. I did notice the nut is different, but could have been replaced. I might list it and say I think that's what it is, but not sure.
