is a lost art, but Julie has already jarred up four batches of home made Elderberry and Gooseberry Jelly.  Ever pick Gooseberries?  Ya' need a pair of stout leather gloves and a cookie sheet to catch them on.

  Never had them 

   Don't grow in eastern nc that i know of .I do make grape jelly every fall .

  I put up Blackberry, Santa Rosa plum and peach this year.
