private seller payment options
Havent sold on here in years and use to just use paypal for payment. Now I dont understand what to use to recieve payment? Just a small time private seller. Ive read everything and am so confused. Havent head of any of these options before. gateways?

Agreed. If a money order is lost in the mail, it is a major effort to get it replaced.
If your check is lost, simply send another one. Don't bother stopping payment. That costs you money and only protects the bank. If both checks show up with the seller, he can send one back or shred it. If one is intercepted by some miscreant and forged, just go to the bank and execute a Forgery Affidavit. Bank restores your funds and takes on the responsibility for investigating the offense.
