high number of NR bidders

I rarely start my own auctions for a penny unless I'm just trying to unload something that I've had listed for a long time.  However, I have noticed lots of items that I bid on having multiple bids by NR users some of which cast 10, 15, or 20 bids on the same item.  However, I only bid on item listed by reputable sellers with a long history on GB.  Therefore, I'm not blaming those sellers.  There are no shortages of NR bidders on GB, some of which are not legitimate buyers but are rather fill-in type users who can bid upon request to drive up prices, ATF personnel, or even outright frauds.  GB recently sent a notice of 3 fraudulent usernames which were contacting multiple sellers for listed items asking the same exact questions.  However, that is most likely just the tip of the iceberg regarding those types of users.  How does someone obtain a fraudulent username on GB with no legitimate backup information?  Only GB would be able to answer that question.   If you were treated badly by a seller, then move on to more reputable sellers based upon their feedback scores.
