I bought the wrong rife, what to do?
So I bought a Savage Mark II .21 sharp. I meant to buy a .22LR but failed to read the fine details. Funny how the 21 sharp and the 22LR look same same. Not really a big deal since it's not a super expensive rifle, but what would you all do if you did this? I'm probably going to stash it in my safe with everything else and just buy a new 22 LR like I intended in the first place. The purpose of this rifle is just a cheap plinker and probably a first rifle for my kid one day.
So what are your thoughts? Resell? Stash it for later? Some random cool idea (legal of course) that I haven't thought of? Thanks for everyones input :-)

Buy a box of ammo and try it out. I have read good reports about this cartridge. Although it is more expensive than the L.R. , about 20 cents per round.

I probably will. I saw a couple of youtubes on it and from what I can remember, it doesn't shoot any better if not worse than the 22 LR. Not that it really matters. I figure 50 yards would be the max distance for plinking with this thing. On that note, you're right. I should by a box of ammy and try it out. See if all those youtubers are right lol.

You may really like it and it becomes that go to firearm. And I mean you bought it go to it. I have a couple that I won on auction not thinking I would win but won at a great deal. And have taken them every time I go to the range.
