Seller won't ship, relists for higher, now what?
Hi Everybody, I bought and paid for 2 bags of Starline 45-90 brass(100 each), a few days later the item gets marked as refunded and I get an email saying that it is out of stock so they are refunding my money. I looked at their other auctions and they now have it relisted at nearly 3 times the original price. So it looks like it is not out of stock, they just wanted more money.
I Looked at their feedback and this looks like it's a pattern.
They submitted a ticket to Gunbroker to get the fees back saying that I returned the item.
I submitted a ticket to Gunbroker with screen shots of the email and everything. It's been several days. What do I do now? When I bid on a gun, there's a thing saying this is a legal and binding agreement. If I was the high bidder and just didn't pay several times, would my account still be active? Not quite sure where to go with this.
Any advise?

Now they want more money.

Good Luck.

Well, that's unfortunate. I wonder if they just have a bare bones staff now and AI handles most of it? I wish there was an option to call and talk to a person at Gunbroker.
I left F feedback. It looks like others have as well. Their overall feedback is A with a few thousand, so on the surface it looks like you don't have to dig to want to trust them.
Best of luck everyone. :)

If you have given them poor feedback (which is fine to do) and have submitted a ticket to GB there is nothing else you can do but wait, if you got your money back you are ahead and hoping they get disciplined is best to not hold your breath for that to happen imho…

Sure enough, I searched 45-90 brass and found his ad just as you said. I won't be bidding on any of his stuff….

As an aside, Since 45-90 brass is outa sight, I use 45-70's in my Martini. She doesn't know the difference as I seat the bulets a bit longer than 45-70. Think .38 Specials in a .357 magnum. Back in the day, we all used .38 cases seated long when .357's were unavailable. Skeeter Skelton had a major article about this in Shooters Bible a loooong time ago. I still use his suggested 13 ½ grains of 2400 with a cast 150 RCBS in my 28 Smith. Semper Fi my friends, Eddie
