What action for .22 rimfire

I have a Match  chamber .22 long rifle heavy barrel.  I want to cut off the breech end & rethread and put it on an action.  Looking for ideas on what action to use without breaking the bank?  Thank You

  The diameter of the breach end would dictate what receiver it would fit up to and do you want it to be a single shot or tube magazine?
