Has everyone left this site??
It looks like there are no new posts.

I check for new posts every few days
Don’t understand the thinking.1 -
It's not thinking, it's an “intelligent” program. Hence the choice to eschew moderators. The result of that turned a well-regulated site into a ghost town. Was that the intention?

I check in once a weekish. Old habits or something.

I check in once or twice a day, but usually nothing worth commenting on…

There are so many members I miss! I also miss the way things were here once many years ago. I well remember when GB ran WIDE OPEN!! Lots of late night drunken posts that were truly memorable. I really miss the old days!!

I tend to check in every day or so even though it appears to be an exercise in futility . Most left for ggreener pastures. Many of u at the firearms forum.

Coming back here seems to be in the same category as “whipping on a dead horse”
but I come back out of habit, hoping it will come alive some day.
mausercentral also went down sometime back.
I miss the old site.

I check in from time to time, but this is seriously the saddest thing since they made the last change.
I don't know what the goal was, but if it was to prevent people from coming to the forums it was a huge success.

I still check in now and then to see who is still kicking the dead horse. I joined other forums and see some folks from here that have done the same. Some have changed their handles but are easy to spot after a while.

If only they would go to the original forum and have wide open discussion. Very interesting days for sure, everyday was a happening.

I'll be here until 06:00. Then I'm out the door to go fishin'. 16 miles of winding logging road. Mebbe see a critter along the way. Like Carl Maldon said, “Never leave home without yer mini-14”. Watch out fur, fin or feather.

Remember this:
Huntin and Fishin is not a matter of life and death.
It's more important than that.
I've been to sick to go to work but I could still go huntin.
