  Looks like a Seekins Precision M3 toolless takedown bolt. 

  Probably fits one of their rifles.

  I originally posted the answer 6 days ago and it is still pending approval.

  May be because Included website video link.

  Thanks for the help. looks like your right on with Seekins Precision Rifle. For sure it is the M3 Model?? We are researching now and can't find a picture or schematic/etc to see a bolt picture for positive match. Thanks again, you have sent us on the right path. As a side note, the new GunBroker changes suck, real confusing now on their changes.
