I've tried....this is ridiculous. I can plug my sales on Facebook, but not here. I have so many "pending" threads
I have pretty much quit checking on the forums at this point. I've put in customer service tickets, I've made phone calls. I cannot imagine they will leave this like it is….this is NOT working. I see there are no new posts for SEVERAL days and nobody is commenting on anything at this point. It wasn't a slow death, the minute the change was made this place pretty much bled out. I hope I get some kind of input or news on what they plan to do…..its not worth keeping the forums in its current state.

I have quit the “experts” forum answering questions after they refused to post my answer and stated it was “pending.” It takes up time and resources to answer questions and if they have hired “experts” to check our answers, then have them answer the questions. I have no desire to return here, blame the new forums…….submitting a ticket is a joke with a non-answer. I really did like to click on Locust Forks postings as I could quickly see her auction listings, that is gone too, sorry. Dan M.

I don't know what the game plan was when they made these changes…..maybe it was all to stop people from coming together and using the forums to network like we have. If that is the case, why have a forum at all?
I just hope someone looks at what has happened and realizes this is a very dead space and needs to be altered in some major ways.

I'm wondering why when things are working and going good there is ALWAYS somebody that thinks they have a bright idea and makes changes for the worse?
I do not mind seeing changes when they are for the better, but when it makes things worse it very seldom ever returns to the previous state.

I think they have a lot of updates they are dealing with all at the same time.
The picture uploader is different now….last week it changed to a new format. Because of some glitch its saying there was an error if you upload an auction and attach all of the pictures when you create it. So, you think it didn't “make” an auction and you are promted to hit resend….which creates a SECOND auction. So, last week we had a couple auctions that were doubled before we realized what was happening. I kept notifying support when it gave me the error notification. They added something to the website that says to avoid duplicate listings only add 10 images and then go in and add the pictures. I just did a relist on an old auction and it gave me the same error message….so this may cause a major mess if a ton of sellers have multiple listings created without realizing its happening.

It's like they're trying to push people away intentionally. Someone just starting out selling might run into that, think it's too much trouble, and go elsewhere.

The new system has made the forums a dead sea affect. My sales have dropped off by 90%. I feel it hurts everyone not just the people who are dealers. But the buyers. The folks who just want to site see the auctions. Every paying member has probably moved on.

I don't think the sales side has been affected by anything going on over here.
I haven't seen a bid difference in how things are proceeding along on the sales side….but the forums are just dead by all indications.
I seriously hope they look at what they've done and make some MAJOR changes.

I've done alot of reading… and made one post concerning Olde Magics a couple months ago on the Fallen Members thread.
Certainly NOT the same place that I once enjoyed bein an avid participant of.
Something needs to be done for sure.
