Question about Python 4 inch
In most pictures of the Colt Python in 4 inch I see 2 slots in the vent rib. I see a few that show 3 slots. Is this true? What is the difference ,if in fact some are 2 and some are 3 slots? Most indicate they are stock photos

Just looked. My 4 Inc Python has 2 slots. I think it's a 1982 model

Yeah, & my 4-wheel drive pickup has 5 wheels.
Must be thinking of a 6 inch, or something else entirely.

The only 3 slots I have seen are 6" barrel. I'd say stock photo being used.
