User unable to sell

When I attempt to post an item for sale, I get the following notice: 

"This account is not allowed to list items for sale. This is a security measure taken due to account inactivity or issues with previous transactions.

Click here to contact Customer Support and request your Selling Privileges be restored.

Error Code: 50".  

I sent a request to GunBroker to fix the problem six days ago.  How long does it normally take to get a response?

  It takes a few weeks to a few months to get a response from GB Headquarters…..

  Users unable to sell. Comments unable to make it past “pending approval”. What's next, the auction side reverts to only selling used oars and lightly-hippied Patagonia jackets?
